10 Children in Israel
Please pray for 10 children in a city in Israel. They are all between 8 & 10 years old. They are growing up in a city where many people hate Jesus. They are growing up in a city where many children and young people have learned to run after riches and to live in sin, in ways that do not please God. These children and their parents really want to live to know Jesus more and more, to love His word spoken in the Bible and into their hearts and to be a light in a dark place. There is a battle for their hearts for the enemy wants these children to forget all about Jesus.
"Dear Lord Jesus we lift these children up before your throne. You have plans for each life and we pray for Your good will to be done. We pray for everything that you have created these children for to come to pass. That they may grow up to be messengers to their generation just like John the Baptist was to his generation. That through the words of these 10 children, many would see and many would hear and many would put their trust in You". (Psalm 40:3)

Please pray for the protection of the Lord all around Christina, Hannah, their mom and dad. Christina loves to pray for many other children in Israel to know Yeshua. Yeshua is the Hebrew name for Jesus. His Name actually means "salvation" or Savior.

Prayer Request for Abigail Jan 2007
Abigail lives in Israel with her family. She has an illness that makes her back curve when it should be straight. For 20 hours each day, Abigail has to wear a brace to try to straighten her back.
Abigail is going to the doctor this week. Please pray that Jesus (His Hebrew name is Yeshua) will heal Abigail and that the doctor will be amazed.
Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved,

Pray for Israeli and Palestinian Children
Israeli and Palestinian children don't often see each other, because of the violence and fighting going on between the adults from each community. The children often think the child of the other culture is the enemy.
But this coming July 2006, about 40 Israeli & Palestinian children ages 9-12 will come together for a summer camp, to learn about each others cultures, to grow friendships and understanding. They will have opportunities to pray together and to learn from the Bible together.
Please pray that the children and those who are leading the camp will grow in love towards God and towards each other. Please pray that the children will see each other through Jesus' eyes and not the eyes of fear or mistrust.
"And this I pray, that your love (for Jesus and for each other) will abound still more and more....." Philippians 1:9
